NetworkMind is a personal relationship management tool that helps you:

• Track contacts from your email history
• Receive suggestions for people to reconnect with
• Draft and send reconnection messages
• Manage your professional and personal network

3. Account Registration

To use NetworkMind, you must:

• Sign in with a valid Google account
• Grant the necessary permissions for email access
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Email Access & Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize NetworkMind to:

• Read email metadata: Access sender/recipient information, dates, and subject lines
• Read email snippets: Access brief previews for context
• Send emails: Send messages on your behalf only when you explicitly approve

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Email Sending

We do not automatically send emails on your behalf. All messages are drafted for your review and sent only when you click "Send".

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NetworkMind and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
